![]() ![]() The thing about the new skyactiv's are, the complexity of the ECU logic and tune is more than any previous mazdas. Perfect example, my skyactiv 2.0L beta tester we worked for nearly a month, with daily datalogging for over 50 different ECU calibrations alone. As with the stock ECU i'm working with over 200 maps, and need to do various testing and datalogs for each. ![]() Some of these requirements make it easier if I was to find someone local to me (Colorado) for beta test tuning. Is this SRI SPECIFIC to the skyactiv 2.5L? What brand?įor tuning you only need the software and vehicle license ( from me ) and a tactrix open port 2.0 hardware cable (which you can also get from me)įor beta tuning though it is free, but there are requirements. On the skyactiv 2.5L, which is so new right now, I don't recommend any products, I recommend keep it stock until proven products have been made that do not cause issues (like your SRI for instance). The reason it is "flat-lining" is because the intake is not properly calibrated for the stock ecu, even though it is the same "size" it does not flow the same, and the MAF needs to be properly calibrated, or you'll always have problems. ![]()
